Pleasant Crossing Shoppes at 2600 W. Pleasant Crossing Blvd. in Rogers recently sold for $7.5 million.
The buyer was PC-Rogers LLC, and the seller was Pleasant Crossing PCP.
The 21,927-SF strip center on 3.18 acres at the northeast corner of Interstate 49 and West Pleasant Grove Road is anchored by a Walmart Supercenter. Other tenants include Burlington, Ashley HomeStore, Ross Dress for Less and Dollar Tree.
Isaac Smith and Alan Cole of Colliers AR represented the seller, while Jordan Jeter and Philip Schmidt of Kelley Commercial Partners NW represented the buyer, in the transaction. Kelley Commercial Partners NW will manage this property.
