Flex industrial facility Brandon Square in Southwest Little Rock has been sold for $6.3 million.
JDI Realty LLC of Chicago bought the property through its Little Rock Flex LLC. The seller was Parma LLC.
The 177,000-SF facility at 8100-8124 Scott Hamilton Drive is 80% occupied. Tenants include Sherwin Williams, Overhead Door, Pillar Logistics and Consolidated Electrical Distributors among others.
Features include tilt-wall construction, dock-high doors to each suite and abundant parking, according to a news release.
“Little Rock has few traditional flex industrial parks in the metro area that offer tenants easy access to one of the nation’s most traveled interstates, I-30,” Nathan Monan of Colliers Arkansas, who represented the seller, said in the release. “Brandon Square’s amenities and convenient location have made it a great investment for our client and will no doubt do the same for its new owners.”
Sam Besser, vice president of JDI Realty, said the firm plans to “aggressively acquire similar properties across the country” to expand its 1.5 million-SF flex industrial portfolio.
Colliers has been and will continue to exclusively lease and manage the property.
