Frank McIllwain has been promoted to director of aviation at Garver in North Little Rock.
McIllwain has been with Garver for more than 20 years, working on projects at airports including Dallas Love Field, Dallas/Fort Worth International, Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock and Tulsa International.
Crow Group in Morrilton has announced two new hires: Randal Birdwell and Josh Irwin.
Birdwell has more than 20 years of experience in the industrial sector and oil and gas fields.
Irwin has a background in the customer service, management and accounting fields.
