Mizer will join the firm’s litigation practice group to focus on business and commercial disputes, including class-action litigation, noncompetition agreements, trade secrets, corporate dissolutions, business contracts, insurance contracts and bad faith claims.
Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard in Little Rock has hired Audra Hamilton and Jack Talbot.
Hamilton’s experience includes representing companies in the energy, health care, construction, public utility and service industries.
Talbot has experience as a trial lawyer with a focus on business law, agriculture and real estate.
Nick Mote has been hired as an associate in the litigation section at the Rose Law Firm in Fayetteville. Mote handles a variety of civil litigation matters with particular focus on intellectual property and construction.
