The Russellville City Mall at 407 N. Arkansas Ave.
The City Mall shopping center in Russellville has been sold for $5.2 million.
The seller was the McCarley Family Limited Partnership, which has owned the 134,000-SF property at 407 N. Arkansas Ave. since 2004.
The buyer was Russellville Commercial LLC, which intends to manage and handle the leasing duties.
Current tenants include Planet Fitness, Shipley Do-nuts, Goodyear, Little Caesars, Cleo’s Furniture and Merle Norman. There are two 7,500-SF spaces available for lease.
Jamie McLarty and John Hathaway of Hathaway Group of Little Rock brokered the deal, along with Chris Abington of River Valley Realty.
