Kapil Bagpatia Named Director of Digital at ABCBS

Kapil Bagpatia has been named the first director of digital, CRM and experience products at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield.

Bagpatia will be responsible for various application solutions as well as Arkansas Blue Cross’ member-facing digital channels, the company said in a news release. He and his team will work to enhance integration among all digital channels to help ensure a seamless experience for members, whether they choose to use Arkansas Blue Cross’ website, app, email or chat features.

Bagpatia brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology to the role. He previously worked for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan.

Bagpatia earned a bachelor’s of computer science and engineering in Kota, India.
