Pabani Brothers LLC, led by Akbar and Aziz Pabani, paid for the 125,495-SF retail project at 612 J.P. Wright Loop Road in Jacksonville.

Seller: TLBT LLC, led by Tommy Lasiter.

► OB CRE I LLC, led by Rick O’Brien Sr., sold an 83,125-SF industrial building at 6200 Scott Hamilton Drive in Little Rock for more than $3.5 million. 

Buyer? Tillar Little Rock Hamilton Partners Ltd., an affiliate of Vaquero Ventures of Fort Worth, Texas.

► K-Mac Enterprises Inc., led by Sam Fiori, bought a 2.5-acre commercial site at 17100 and 17116 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock for nearly $2.3 million from trusts led by Leah Shell and Selma Metzger. The property is the future home of a Taco Bell and Whataburger.

► Bella Casa LLC, led by Terry Fleming, sold a 48-acre tract in west Pulaski County on the north side of Highway 10, west of Ferndale Cutoff Road, for nearly $2.2 million.

► The Yogesh Asudani & Gitanjali Bajaj Trust purchased an 8,767-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood from the David Michael Mego & Patricia Louise (Pat) Mego Living Revocable Trust for $2 million.
