1 min read

A 40,000-SF mixed-use building in Maumelle has been sold at public auction for $1.84 million.

Wilson Real Estate Auctioneers Inc. of Hot Springs and Keller Williams Market Pro Realty of Fayetteville announced the sale in a news release.

The buyer was Castle Investments LLC, led by Bruce and Steve Cook. They outbid 13 others for the property at 600 Pine Forest Drive. The building was known as Lakeview Place, but has apparently been renamed the Lifesavers Building.

The seller was Jerry Poole, who is retiring after nearly 30 years of ownership.

Castle Investments was represented in the deal by Jeremy Baker of Keller Williams.
