Kassie Booker
Former Communications Group office manager and client services coordinator Kassie Booker has been promoted to client services manager, the Little Rock marketing agency announced Tuesday.
In the new job, Booker will lead teams serving clients with a focus on business-to-business efforts and industrial manufacturing. She will oversee production and delivery of advertising, media and digital materials, as well as client marketing relations. She will also be the producer of ComGroup’s award-winning Women in Industry podcast.
A former law firm network manager and traffic manager for Signal Media of Arkansas, Booker joined ComGroup in June 2021 as office manager and became client services coordinator in April 2022. In a news release, the firm said her promotion reflects its commitment to offering opportunities and professional development to talented employees.
“Kassie is an invaluable member of the client services team,” Lisa Van Hook, agency principal and director of client services, said in the release. “She always puts clients first and leverages her skills to ensure their goals are met and their experience with the agency is exceptional. She will continue to do that in her new role.”
