Jennifer Byrne has been named lead executive of strategic accounts at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Little Rock. Byrne will work out of the firm’s new northwest Arkansas corporate center.

Ellon Cockrill has completed her three-year appointment as chair of the board of directors at the Alzheimer’s Association Arkansas Chapter. Cockrill will continue to serve as a board member and will now focus on the nonprofit’s membership committee. Allison Cox has been appointed to chair the board. Cox is chief people officer at Encore Bank of Little Rock and has served on the board for two years.
