Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar is on the way to 16103 Chenal Parkway at Chenal Marketplace.
The project will serve as a replacement for the shuttered Mellow Mushroom pizzeria. Fayetteville’s Boen-Kemp Construction LLC is overseeing the $1.3 million buildout.
The en route eatery, preceded by locations in Conway, Fort Smith, Fayetteville and Rogers, represents Walk-On’s No. 5 in Arkansas.
Co-owned by former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees since 2015, Walk-On’s features a Louisiana-infused menu at 62 locations in 15 states.
