Chris Hubble

Although only 28 years old, Chris Hubble has excelled because of his “whatever it takes” attitude.

After working for a couple of other office furniture businesses and developing good relationships in the process, he went into business four years ago with his father, George Hubble, and David Mitchell.

With Chris Hubble as chief operating officer, the company has grown by 300 percent for each of the past three years and in the process has grown from three employees to 24.

Hubble says he believes in giving customers the highest quality service and is available 24/7 to get a job done right.

He plans to continue to grow the company’s client base while remaining customer-oriented. Repeat customers make up 98 percent of the company’s business.

”There is no ‘I’ in ‘team’,” Hubble said. “You are only as good as your weakest player, so a person must be trained and brought to the level of your best team player.”

His father is the CEO he most admires.

“My father has sacrificed his life to develop this company into something that is successful and efficient,” Chris Hubble said.. “This is his living legacy, and he continues to teach me valuable lessons about business and life and how to be successful in both.”

As COO, Hubble helped develop the company’s alliance with Technion, one of the more innovative office furniture and systems manufacturers. And he’s been a leader in the diversification of the company’s expansion from just office furniture into office panel systems and even floor coverings.

Hubble sees the company becoming a major competitor in the market by remaining competitive with pricing. His goal is for the company to become the largest office furniture business in the area. He predicts sales will double this year.

Hubble is active in the Arkansas Young Professionals Network, Easter Seals and the Building Owners and Managers Association.
