Flake & Kelley Commercial is founded on a 31-year legacy of providing commercial real estate services in Arkansas.

A staff of 48 oversees the work of property management, leasing, development management, brokerage, consulting and more from its Little Rock headquarters and northwest Arkansas office in Springdale.
Flake & Kelley Commercial ranks among the leading commercial realty firms in the state, with a roster of office, retail and warehouse properties to its credit. At the last count, the company had about 5.8 million SF of commercial space under management.
Flake & Kelley Commercial is associated with prominent projects around Arkansas including development and management of the 40-story Metropolitan Tower in downtown Little Rock, the state’s tallest office building.
The company name has been in place since 2003, but the roots of the firm date back to 1979 with the establishment of Flake & Co. by John Flake. Kelley joined the venture in 1984 to help build its management portfolio.
Among today’s challenges are adjusting to economic conditions in an uncertain environment and trying to grow new business while maintaining existing clientele.
During these times, work on developing new projects has given way to providing more consultation and evaluation services.
“The recession has made us more thoughtful, but no less optimistic about the future of our community and our company,” Kelley said.
