ImageWorks CEO Rhonda Bradley believes that her company goes beyond furnishing workspaces, creating environments that influence and inspire the way people work.

“Our reputation has been built on creating spaces that solve business issues, one customer at a time, in a spirit of continuous improvement,” Bradley said.

The commercial interiors company takes its “Love How You Work!” philosophy to heart, according to Bradley. Since 2011, the company has nurtured collaboration and respect within its own staff that translates into successful business partnerships with its customers.

With a staff of 40, ImageWorks coordinates with architects and design firms from the company’s offices in Little Rock and Memphis, creating business design solutions for companies across Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi.

Bradley believes one of the company’s biggest challenges is keeping “ahead of the curve” on changes in technology, demographics and the way people work. “We have to keep pace with all aspects of the ‘new office’ if we are to stay relevant in the market,” Bradley said.

ImageWorks has succeeded at keeping ahead of the curve, with an average growth rate of about 24 percent since 2015, through a combination of “people, products and approach,” according to Bradley.

The company works closely with Michigan-based furniture manufacturer Steelcase to keep pace with industry trends. Bradley is also grateful for her company’s strong business partnerships with “elite Arkansas architects and interior designers.”

Above all, Bradley attributes the company’s success to the hard work of her staff to provide exceptional customer experiences. She believes they personify the work-life balance the firm wishes to provide for its clients.
