Ghidotti Communications seeks to use its powers — public relations and content marketing — for good, helping charitable organizations achieve their goals.

“We do a ton of volunteering out in the community, but I would say most of our giving back is doing pro bono marketing services for clients,” says Natalie Ghidotti, the president and CEO.

The examples include Ghidotti Communications’ work with the Downtown Little Rock Partnership to promote the East Village Jam, an event featuring live music, a fleet of food trucks and games. The firm created the logo and provided marketing for the event, which celebrates the growing neighborhood of East Village.

Another example is the firm’s work on behalf of Little Rock Catholic High School for Boys, creating a rebranding and marketing initiative for the school, also for free.

And a third example is the Arkansas Symphony Designer House, the biennial fundraiser for the symphony that this year marks its 25th anniversary. Ghidotti Communications’ services promoting this important event are also pro bono.

The company says it “champions change for good.” Change is hard, Ghidotti notes, and her firm helps clients by easing the hard work of change.

Ghidotti says the agency has been focused on giving back to the community since its founding. “I want everybody in our company to do that, and I want us as an agency to do that, and I want our clients to do that,” she says.

That means helping clients find nonprofits with which to partner. “We really try to help our clients forge those programs and find partners that they can really make a change and a difference in.”

Ghidotti Communications has worked with Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard for almost 10 years, helping the Little Rock law firm revamp its Take Time to Give community service initiative and make “some big differences in the groups that they support through that program.”

Ghidotti adds: “That’s fun and inspiring and it makes our jobs worth it when we can be a part of a program like that.”
