Multifamily real estate investment firm StoutCap of New York City announced it has acquired Willow Park Apartments in Fayetteville for $4.9 million.
The firm, led by principal Christopher Stout, said in a news release that it raised $2.5 million in funding for the deal, which is expected to double the return for investors in six years.
The property is located at 1777 W. Preservation Dr., near Asbell Park and the Lewis Soccer Complex.
StoutCap said northwest Arkansas’ rapid growth offers a “flourishing landscape for investment and a wide range of real estate opportunities.”
“We believe Willow Park has incredible potential, and we are confident that with our plans, this property will amplify its value and provide exceptional returns for our investors,” Stout said.
