Generations Bank of Rogers has named Alana Girard as chief operations officer.
Girard was previously the bank’s director of operations. She has nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, with roles ranging from teller to deposit operations and human resources.
In a news release, the bank said Girard has “played a crucial role in the bank’s growth while advocating for and providing the highest level of personalized customer service using her knowledge and banking expertise.”
“Alana is an invaluable asset to the bank and has been an integral part of our success,” said Jon Harrell, CEO and board chair.
Girard holds a bachelor’s from Louisiana Tech University and is pursuing her master’s in business administration with plans to graduate in May.
She currently serves as treasurer on the Northeast Claiborne Charter School Board.
