(The Buttered Biscuit)
Bentonville-based breakfast chain The Buttered Biscuit is getting closer to opening a new location in Little Rock at the Promenade at Chenal.
In a news release, the restaurant said it’s aiming for late May or early June. Hiring for about 30 positions is underway.
The location is one of two the Buttered Biscuit is planning to open in Little Rock this year. The other site at 5018 Kavanaugh Blvd. in the Heights neighborhood is projected to open in the second half of 2024.
The Buttered Biscuit was founded in 2017. It’s known for its scratch-made biscuits, sausage gravy, homemade jams, house-made butters, and an array of gluten-free options.
The chain has four locations in northwest Arkansas.
