► Little Rock’s CDI Contractors LLC will renovate the Central Arkansas Library System’s Main Library at 100 Rock St. in downtown Little Rock for $25 million.

► Peter and Elizabeth Gleason acquired a 6,374-SF house in west Pulaski County’s Valley Falls Estates neighborhood for $2.5 million.

► A.E.H. LLC, led by Angela Harrison, sold the 13,112-SF Welsco facility at 800 E. Roosevelt Road in downtown Little Rock for more than $1.8 million to Nexair LLC of Memphis.

► Jonathan and Jennifer Dotson purchased a 6,318-SF house in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood for nearly $1.4 million.

► Parfour LLC, led by Robert Berry, sold a 5,315-SF house in west Little Rock’s Hickory Grove neighborhood for nearly $1.1 million to the Buddy & Rebecca Jones Living Trust.

► Matthew and Jessica Selig bought a 4,094-SF house in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood from Michael and Sandra Sheppard for more than $1 million.

► Lyle and Lael Foster sold their 3,964-SF home in Little Rock’s East Palisades neighborhood to Tyler and Jessica Merrill for more than $1 million.
