1.2M-SF Lowe’s Facility in North Little Rock Sells for $86M

ET V Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of St. Louis-based Elm Tree Funds, has purchased the 1.2 million-SF Lowe’s distribution facility in North Little Rock for $86 million.

The property, located at 13101 U.S. 70, was sold by The Cubes at Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of real estate developer CRG, also based in St. Louis.
