1 min read

Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group of Jonesboro on Tuesday announced it has rebranded as Halsey Real Estate.

The company was founded by President and CEO Jerry Halsey Jr., Roddy Thrasher and Gary Harpole in 2014. Halsey purchased the firm in 2023.

The company, which originally focused on commercial real estate, expanded in 2016 to residential real estate. It also offers services including property management, development and self-storage.

Halsey Real Estate ranks No. 9 on Arkansas Business‘ list of the top commercial property management firms by total space managed. The company ranks No. 20 on Arkansas Business‘ list of the top residential real estate agencies by sales volume. The firm is licensed in Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama.

The company will continue to offer the same services and retain the same staff under its new name.

“This name change reflects what’s always been true: real estate is personal to us,” Halsey said in a news release. “It’s more than a business — it’s a family commitment rooted in service, integrity and long-term investment in our communities.”

The company includes Halsey’s wife Cheri, his daughter Taylor Wilson and her husband Landon, who represent the company’s fourth generation of family leadership.

Ensuring the business continues with a fourth generation is a “point of pride for our family,” Jerry Halsey said. “We’re not just doing business here — we’ve planted roots, built trust and plan to keep serving this region for generations to come.”
