Caliber Collision Sale Tops $5M Mark (Real Deals)Lock Icon

An auto repair development in North Little Rock weighed in at $5.26 million.

FCPT Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Four Corner Property Trust of Mill Valley, California, acquired the Caliber Collision project at 10300 Maumelle Blvd. from Cross Development CC Maumelle LLC of Carrollton, Texas.

Cross Development purchased the 2-acre site for $650,000 in March 2024 from Lusk Properties Inc., led by Dan Lusk.

Lusk Properties bought the land as part of deals with the Shelly Rand Inc. Pension Plan, for $100,000 in July 1996; and Gail Laster and Elizabeth Whitehead, for $43,000 in April 1997.

Farm Transaction

A 2,331.61-acre agri spread along the Arkansas River in southeast Pulaski County tipped the scales at $4.66 million.

Forevermore Plantation LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina, purchased the farmland 2.2 miles east of the Woodson community from Krovest Plantation BV, led by Petrus van Heteren; Anna van Heteren, Liliane van Heteren, Bart de Kroes and Carolina de Kroes.

The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $3.9 million from First State Bank of Lonoke.

The Dutch investors assembled the property in transactions with Ag-Lands Investment Co. of Memphis, for $900,000 in December 1977; and H.L. and Anne Mitchell, for $42,000 in 2005.

Warehouse Liquor

A 19,585-SF package store in west Little Rock rang up a $3.8 million sale.

Shelly & Babli LLC, led by Balwinder Kaur, bought Warehouse Liquor at 19612 Cantrell Road. The seller is Lot 9E Investors LLC, led by Inderjit Singh.

Shelly & Babli assumed a 13-month loan of $3 million held by Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.

The 1.06-acre site was purchased for $725,709 in January 2023 from PDC Ltd., led by Gene Pfeifer.

Baseline Plaza

A 24,880-SF retail project in southwest Little Rock is under new ownership after a $1.7 million deal.

LR Properties AR 11 LLC, led by Ricardo Alvarez, acquired the Baseline Plaza at 7700 Baseline Road from the Harold E. Crye Revocable Living Trust.

The trust provided a five-year mortgage of $1.3 million to fund the deal.

The Crye Revocable Living Trust bought the 1.94-acre development for $1.3 million in January 2008 from Jerry and Melanie Meyer.

Dental Development

A 3,128-SF dental office in Jacksonville sold for $435,000.

A&A Investments LLC, led by Iftikhar Pathan, purchased Rock Family Dental at 1405 Braden St. from Brook Hollow Apartments of Texarkana LLC, led by Tony and Lesa Asbille.

Brook Hollow bought the 0.8-acre development for $400,000 in March 2021 from Cooper Property Management LLC, led by Jordan Cooper.

The project was acquired for $310,000 in August 2008 from Advanced Women’s Care PLLC, led by Dr. Jesse Kane.

Cammack Woods

A 3,467-SF home in Cammack Village changed hands in an $884,000 deal.

Olivia and Nelson McCain bought the house in the Cammack Woods neighborhood from JPL Construction LLC, led by Patrick Dennis.

The deal is backed with a one-year mortgage of $225,000 held by Merritt and Anne Dyke.

JPL purchased the tear-down property for $215,000 in October 2022 from Paige and Douglas Bramlett Jr.

Stonehill Residence

A 4,424-SF home in Sherwood’s Stonehill neighborhood drew a $745,000 transaction.

Jerome and Whitney McDaniel acquired the property from Brian and Jamilynn Bruce.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $745,000 from Better Mortgage Corp. of New York.

The Bruces bought the residence for $650,000 in July 2021 from Kellco Custom Homes Inc., led by Tracie Kelley.

Lamarche Place

A 4,141-SF home in west Little Rock’s Lamarche Place neighborhood rang up a $775,000 sale.

Mark and Rhonda Izard purchased the house from Jeff and D’Dawn Fuller.

The Fullers acquired the residence for $570,000 in April 2013 from Robert and Jennifer Henry.

Kingwood Place

A 3,183-SF home in Little Rock’s Kingwood Place neighborhood is under new ownership after a $706,940 transaction.

Virginia Osborn and Rebecca Osborn Marshall bought the house from James Keet III and his wife, Margaret. The Keets purchased the residence for $630,000 in November 2024 from Thomas and Lauren Cowles.

The Reserve at Country Club

D.R. Horton Inc. of Arlington, Texas, paid $2.62 million for 41 lots in The Reserve at Country Club neighborhood in Maumelle.

The seller, Daryl Brock Custom Homes Inc., acquired the land in March 2022 as part of a $1.65 million deal with Colony CC LLC, led by Arby Smith.
