Compass Academy of Conway, a private, nonprofit school for children with development disabilities, recently acquired a commercial property in Conway for $3.25 million.
Colliers Arkansas announced the sale of the 23,865-SF property in a news release.
The seller of the building at 225 Tilk Rd. was WENWAN Properties LLC, represented by Andrew Wiechern, Todd Rice, and TJ Johnston of Colliers.
Richard Henley of ERA TEAM Real Estate represented Compass Academy.
The building was previously occupied by travel agency Vacation Tour & Travel.
Compass Academy is expected to begin operations in the building in the fall.
