David Moored

David Moored has been hired as vice president of business development at ACC Capital of Little Rock. Based in Venice, Florida, Moored has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry and has focused on small-business lending. He earned his MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Josie Roark has been promoted to head teller at the Prospect Court location in Cabot of First Community Bank of Batesville. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Jackie Bennett has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial lender. She has more than 30 years of banking experience and is a graduate of the Arkansas Bankers Association School of Lending. Bennett serves on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Faulkner County. Kaisha Gott has been promoted to senior vice president, assistant manager of dealer direct. She has nearly 15 years of experience at the bank and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Lyon College in Batesville.

Ashley Endsley has been promoted to manager of the data and analytics department at Lexicon Inc. of Little Rock. Joining the company in 2023, she has more than a decade of experience in data analysis, system design and project management. Camren Fischer has been hired as a data analyst. He is a recent graduate of Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey, with a degree in public and international affairs.

Rebecca Lochmann

Rebecca Lochmann, a professor in the Department of Aquaculture & Fisheries at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, has received a Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program award to conduct research and teach in Ghana for the fall 2025 academic year. She will work with faculty at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology in Kumasi.

Government

Jason Ramsey has been appointed to the Arkansas Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission of Little Rock. His term expires June 30, 2031.

Health Care

Ashley Norse

Ashley Norse, a professor and chair in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, has been endowed in the Stanley E. Reed Professorship in Emergency Medicine, Trauma & Injury Prevention. She also serves as clinical service chief for emergency medicine at the UAMS Medical Center.

Beth Nelson

Beth Nelson has been hired as senior associate dean, undergraduate medical education at the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine in Bentonville. She was previously senior associate dean at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School and earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

Danica Ordonez

Danica Ordonez has joined Baptist Health Women’s Clinic-Conway. A native of Little Rock, she earned her degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and completed her residency through University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, headquartered in Dallas.

Ha Pham

Ha Pham has joined the radiation oncology team at CARTI of Little Rock. She has experience in clinical research and brachytherapy. She previously served as chief resident in radiation oncology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Lisa Bazzett-Matabele

Lisa Bazzett-Matabele, a board-certified gynecologic oncologist, has been hired by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She will work to treat women’s cancers as well as serve as an associate professor.

Meghan Repp has been named president of the Arkansas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics for 2025-2027. She is a general pediatrician with Central Arkansas Pediatric Clinic in Benton. Gwen White has been appointed vice president; Natalie Burr, treasurer; and Sarah Bone, secretary.

Sawyer Sparks has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and will see patients at the UAMS Health Family Medical Center in Jonesboro. He will also serve as an assistant professor in the family medicine residency program. Megan Dykema has joined the UAMS Health Outpatient Therapy Clinic in Fayetteville as a pelvic health specialist. She earned her doctor of physical therapy from UAMS in 2022 and has completed advanced certifications through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute of Seattle.

Camden Westbrook

Camden Westbrook has joined Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard PLLC of Little Rock. He will work in the firm’s wealth planning, tax, trusts and estates practices. He earned a master of laws in taxation from the University of Florida in Gainesville and his juris doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.

Laurie Ann Ross

Laurie Ann Ross has been appointed executive director of The Centers Foundation of Little Rock. Most recently, she served as director of development at Southern Methodist University in University Park, Texas, where she helped lead a $1.5 billion campaign. Ross has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and development strategy.
