Capital City

Little Rock is Arkansas’ capital city and was the site of a significant moment in American history, when President Dwight Eisenhower called in the National Guard to protect the Little Rock Nine as they became the first Black students at Central High School. Still operating as a secondary school, Central High is now also a National Park and home to a museum where visitors can learn about the challenges the Little Rock Nine faced as they led the integration of schools in the South. The State Capitol building is also able to be toured, with guided or self-guided options available.

Each offering meeting spaces of varying sizes, the institutions boast natural campuses that highlight Arkansas’ unique environment.
