PAMT Corp. of Tontitown (NasdaqGM: PAMT) capped a difficult fiscal 2025 on Friday, reporting its fifth consecutive quarterly loss as annual revenue fell more than 16%.
The fourth-quarter loss came to $29.1 million, an improvement from the $31.6 million loss the company posted in the same quarter a year ago.
Per share, the fourth-quarter loss came to $1.40.
Shares of the company closed at $11.86 on Friday and slid more than 4% in after-hours trading. Over the past 12 months, shares were down more than 18%.
Revenue in the fourth quarter of 2025 totaled $141.3 million, down 15.1% from $166.5 million in the same quarter a year ago.
For the full year of 2025, revenue was $598.1 million, down 16.3% from $714.6 million. The company posted an annual loss of $52.6 million, wider than the loss of $31.8 million it reported for 2024.
The company’s truckload division reported a fourth-quarter drop in total loads, from 93,778 to 88,543. For the year, loads fell from 400,018 to 377,248.
Revenue per truck per week was $3,175 for the quarter, down from $3,600. For the year, it was $3,365, down from $3,615.
The logistics division reported quarterly revenue of $39.9 million, down from $44.4 million. Fiscal revenue was $166.9 million, down from $207 million.
