Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners has had a few brand changes since it was founded as Pinnacle Group in 2001, but its role as a full-service commercial real estate company has remained the same.
Pinnacle Group rebranded as Hunt Ventures in 2010 and merged with Sage Partners in 2016. The company joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018.
The group manages more than 5 million SF of commercial space and employs 59 in Arkansas. It oversaw more than $1 billion in lease transactions in 2025.
Company CEO Marshall Saviers, the son of Sage Partners co-founder Mark Saviers, said the secret has been being in the “right place at the right time” with the right set of skills and experts. Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners focuses on long-term relationships with its commercial real estate investors and partners.
The company is optimistic about future growth because of the strength of the Arkansas and northwest Arkansas market.
