Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at Good Shepherd

The Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at Good Shepherd noticed that many of its residents needed more than just basic care.

So the Little Rock center expanded its services to include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. 

The move marked a turning point for Good Shepherd. It allowed the facility to serve more patients, including people recovering from hip and knee replacements, strokes and other debilitating conditions. 

With 130 employees, the center provides rehabilitation services to help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. 

In the near future, the center plans to invest in employee recruitment and digital health technologies and add services to meet the needs of an aging population.
