The Legacy Hotel at 625 W. Capitol Ave. in Little Rock will be part of the Cambridge Suites chain when owner Amin Amarshi gets through with his $2 million renovation.
When the hotel is finished, its two sections will be under one roof and guests won’t have to walk outside to get to their rooms.
Amarshi also plans to include a restaurant, lounge and three meeting rooms. The number of guest rooms is being reduced from 116 to 97 to create some larger rooms, Amarshi said. “I’ll be adding a lot of two-bedroom suites,” he said.
Amarshi also owns and operates the Best Western in Osceola.
