Former Sen. David H. Pryor has presented the University of Arkansas with a gift of $220,000 from unspent campaign funds to establish the Arkansas Center for Oral and Visual History, to be located in the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences. The center will document Arkansas’ past through tape-recorded interviews and selected video interviews.
