Shawn Tyler has taken over as sole owner of the Little Rock’s TYCOR Construction, the company announced Friday.
Tyler previously co-owned the company with Boyd Corley. The company, founded in 2001, changed its name to TYCOR from Boyd Corley Construction in 2010.
Headquartered in Little Rock, TYCOR has partnerships in 12 other states: Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia and Florida.
“Since TYCOR’s inception, I have had the opportunity to help grow this company to where it is today, and I look forward to continuing to provide our clients construction on the highest level,” Tyler said in a press release.
Previously, Tyler spent 13 years as vice president at AFCO Steel before becoming a partner at TYCOR.
