Mar Wall Sherwood LLC of Coral Gables, Florida, bought the 8521 Hwy. 107 project for $3.38 million from Steven & Rebecca Smith LLC of Boise, Idaho.
• Environmental & Spatial Technology Inc., a nonprofit led by Matthew Dozier, purchased a 14,000-SF facility at 6215 Ranch Drive in west Little Rock for $1.65 million. Seller: State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. of Bloomington, Illinois.
• Union Pacific Railroad of Omaha, Nebraska, acquired more than 122 acres along the southern boundary of its North Little Rock Terminal near Interstate 40.
The seller in this $1.22 million deal was Dark Hollow LLC of Darien, Connecticut, successor to the Frederick D. Watkins Jr. Spousal Lifetime Access Trust.
