A 10,400-SF Bentonville retail project recently changed hands in a $1.35 million transaction.
The strip center at 231 N. Walton Blvd. is occupied by Papa John’s Pizza, Wingstop, Rent-A-Center and Kumon Math & Reading Center.
The buyer is D&I Estates LLC, led by Srikanth Vasireddy.
The seller is Rodney Ghan of Fort Smith, who owned the property through his 231 N Walton LLC.
Hometown Bank of Pineville, Missouri, contributed a $1.08 million loan to complete the purchase.
Jordan Jeter, a retail broker for Flake & Kelley Commercial of Northwest Arkansas, represented the buyer.
There is a fifth unit in the strip that is currently unoccupied.
