• Little Rock Self Storage LLC of Cordova, Tennessee, bought the 57,698-SF Cubby Hole USA project at 8015 Geyer Springs Road for $2.35 million.
The limited liability company also acquired the 55,565-SF U-Store-It project at 6100 Leon Circle for $1.7 million.
The respective sellers were Cubby Hole USA 2 Ltd. of Hallsville, Texas, and Wood Stone Little Rock LLC of Mount Kisco, New York.
• Westwood Real Estate Development Co. LLC, led by Steve Wortman, purchased a 2.86-acre site at 14900 Cantrell Road for $2.1 million.

• The Douglas & Sheree Meyer Family Revocable Trust bought the 47,906-SF 600 Ringo St. project for $1.6 million.

• A 1-acre Family Dollar development in downtown North Little Rock rang up a $1.35 million deal.
ARC FD34PCK001 LLC of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, purchased the 715 E. Broadway project from WF-FD Master Lease II LLC of Charlotte, N.C.
• Vent and Martha Murphy acquired a 4,481-SF home in the Country Club Heights neighborhood from Richard and Paula O’Brien for $1.25 million.
