• BRE DDR BR Sherwood AR LLC of New York acquired the 123,872-SF Gander Mountain at 5450 Landers Road in Sherwood for $7.2 million. The seller is Cole Mt Sherwood AR LLC of Phoenix.
• Pyramid Park LLC, led by Mark and Kimberly Samuelson, purchased the 17,192-SF Pyramid Park Business Center at 11300 Financial Centre Parkway in west Little Rock for $2.9 million.
Seller: Robert M. Goff & Associates, which is led by Wally Allen Sr. & Jr.
• Arvest Bank of Fayetteville took ownership of more than 48 acres in the Panther Mountain Estates project north of Maumelle between Highway 365 and Interstate 40.
The bank held a $3.1 million foreclosure judgment against Barry and Dana Kellerman and their Panther Mountain Land Development LLC.
• Murphy Oil USA Inc. of El Dorado bought a 1.3-acre property at 14001 Taylor Loop Road in west Little Rock to for a convenience store. Seller? The Giggleman Living Trust, led by Carolyn McDuffee and Charles Giggleman.
• Pointe At Shackleford Crossing LLC, led by Keith Richardson, acquired an 11-acre tract at the southeast corner of Shackleford Road and 36th Street for $1 million. The future apartment site in west Little Rock was sold by Nalley Family Ltd. LLLP, led by Louis Nalley Jr.
