Two Big Apartment Buys Expected in Benton County

We’re told to expect two sizable apartment transactions to close soon in northwest Arkansas.

The Benton County projects on the block are the 280-unit Stoneleigh Centerton and the 240-unit Stone Manor in Rogers.

The Stone Manor deal should weigh in at about $30 million (about $125,000 per unit).

We don’t have a number on the sales price yet, but we understand the Stoneleigh transaction will top the per-unit price of a recent multifamily transaction in Rogers

The 392-unit Ranch At Pinnacle Point was sold by Hayman Woods LLC of Dallas for $41.1 million (about $105,000 per unit). The buyers were Balfour Beatty Communities of Malvern, Pennsylvania, and Block Multifamily Group of Kansas City, Missouri.
