Inuvo CEO Sees Pay Decline in 2014

The salary and total compensation for Inuvo Inc. CEO Richard Howe declined in 2014, according to the company’s annual proxy statement.

Howe’s total compensation was $723,715 in 2014, compared to $806,375 the year before. His salary fell from $370,889 in 2013 to $357,228 in 2014. He received $356,087 in stock awards in 2014 and $10,400 in other compensation.

CFO Wallace Ruiz also saw his salary decline from $269,271 in 2013 to $257,812 last year, but his total compensation increased from $374,409 to $398,910. Chief Operating Officer Trey Barrett saw his salary rise slightly from $203,854 to $205,729 and his total compensation jump from $283,704 to $347,197.

Inuvo (NYSE: INUV) also reported it will hold its annual shareholders meeting on June 25 at its headquarters in Conway.

Business will include votes on:

  • electing one Class I director;
  • ratifying the appointment of Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm;
  • an advisory vote on executive compensation.
