Million-Dollar Quartet Comprised of Farmland, Rural Spreads

A pair of farms in Lonoke County, a 6,600-SF restaurant in Bryant and a rural spread in Faulkner County provide this week’s foursome of seven-digit deals.

• Daine Bennett Jr. and his wife, Caroline, bought a 387-acre farm from Gary and Sharon Spears for $2.25 million. The land is about 4 miles north of Lonoke, east of Hwy. 31.

• Griffin Land & Timber Inc. of Crossett, led by Lance Griffin, purchased 660 acres of farmland for $2.24 million from Joe Bryant Jr. and his wife, Everlyn. Most of the acreage is about a mile northwest of Allport.

• An affiliate of Store Capital of Scottsdale, Arizona, acquired the Logan’s Roadhouse at 23115 Interstate 30 for nearly $2.1 million.

• Sheila Gilmore bought nearly 450 acres about 3 miles west of Wooster in Faulkner County for $1 million. The acreage is on the east side of Cadron Creek at the west end of Stones Point Road.
