I Love Juice Bar is set to open on Oct. 1 in Midtowne Shopping Center near Park Plaza Mall.
Jim, Tommy and Jake Keet, owners of six Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafés in Arkansas, and catering director Barkley Boyd, will be the Juice Bar’s operating partners.
“Our family has been committed to bringing healthy food options to Arkansas for the last seven years,” Tommy Keet said in a news release. “We want the Keet name to be synonymous with healthy eating in Arkansas.”
The Juice Bar will sell fresh fruit and vegetable juices, fruit smoothies, in-house freshly made salads, spring rolls and gluten-free. The location will carry a number of local, vegetarian and gluten free snack items. Everything on the menu is gluten free and 90 percent vegan.
Tommy Keet, president of JTJ Juice Bars LLC, told Little Rock Soirée the juice bar will be located in a 1,600-SF space between The Children’s Place and Soma Intimates.
Juice Bar hours will be 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
