Rockfish, the award-winning digital media agency founded in Rogers in 2006, has grown to encompass offices in Little Rock, Dallas, Cincinnati and Atlanta in addition to its base in northwest Arkansas.

Points are used to purchase cool items from an expansive rewards catalog that even includes a Ducati motorcycle. (Rockfish spends approximately $80,000 per year on YouEarnedIt redemptions.)

• Two volunteer days off for each employee to spend giving back to their communities

• “Take it as you need it” PTO policy as well as seven company holidays observed annually and office closure at year-end from Dec. 24-Jan. 2

• Real Time Performance Management in place of annual performance reviews in which employees provide feedback when “teachable moments” occur, versus waiting until the annual review

In August 2015, Rockfish leadership created an unscheduled, impromptu mid-year bonus that was distributed to all employees. The total spent for the bonus was $400,000.
