The Boy Scouts acquired the new Springdale property from Arvest Bank.
The Boy Scouts of America are relocating and expanding in Springdale.
The organization operates a Scout Shop at Ozark Center Point Place at 5320 W. Sunset Ave. The Boy Scouts bought an 11,000-SF former medical office at 3409 Elm Springs Road from Arvest Bank.
Arvest acquired the property in 2013 from Bledsoe & Bingham Properties LLC, led by Jennifer Bingham and Burton & Drusilla Bledsoe. The building was a Northwest Primary Care office.
The property was listed by David Erstine of CBRE at a sale price of $1.35 million. The purchase closed Sept. 23.
The Boy Scouts plan to move the Scout Shop to the location and open up some organization offices at the new site.
