James Bell has been hired as business development director for Baldwin & Shell Construction Co.’s northwest Arkansas market.
Bell earned a degree in architecture from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
Ngozi “Nome” Brown of WER Architects/Planners in Little Rock has completed all National Council of Architectural Registration Boards licensure requirements and is now a licensed architect.
She is a graduate of Tuskegee University in Alabama and has her master’s degree in education from Concordia University.
