The sale of a church in midtown Little Rock weighed in at $4.27 million.
KLS Leasing LLC, led by Kathy Smith, bought Midtown Baptist Church at 6711 W. Markham St. from Lutheran Church Extension Fund of St. Louis.
The 4.62-acre property was forfeited in lieu of foreclosure to LCEF in May 2010 by Lutheran High School Inc.
The corporation acquired the property in March 1998 as part of a $2.5 million deal with Olivet Baptist Church.
Plaza Purchase
A 23,970-SF retail center in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $3.52 million.
Colonel Glenn Plaza LLC, an affiliate of Rector Phillips Morse Inc., purchased its namesake project at 10912 Col. Glenn Road. The seller is Colonel Glenn Plaza Lot 2 LLC, led by Leonard Boen.
The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $2.6 million from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The 2.31-acre development previously was linked with a June 2012 mortgage of $2.68 million held by Bear State Bank of Little Rock.
The land was bought in July 1999 as part of a $475,000 deal with the Harry Ryburn DDS P.A. Money Purchase Pension Plan.
Clinical Acquisition
A North Little Rock clinic sold for $2.4 million.
Arkansas Health Group, led by Will Rusher, acquired the Baptist Health Family Clinic-Lakewood at 2508 Crestwood Road. The seller is Crestwood Medical Joint Venture, led by Brian Winstead.
The deal is backed with a 17-month loan of $2.4 million from Crestwood Medical. The 1.63-acre location was assembled as part of two buys totaling $584,000: $315,000 in September 1995 and $269,000 in March 1996.
The seller in both deals was Nutt Enterprises, led by John Nutt.
Industrial Deal
A 6.76-acre industrial development in south Pulaski County drew a $307,000 transaction.
Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton, bought the 47,050-SF Century Wel-Bilt facility at 2300 E. 145th St. from Century Industries Inc. of Greenville, Mississippi.
The property was assembled in three deals totaling $81,000. The sellers were Delta Enterprises Inc. of Greenville, Mississippi, $50,000 in April 1987; and the estate of J.W. Fulbright, $16,000 and $15,000 in November 1997.
Chi Investment
A 3.27-acre parcel in west Pulaski County is under new ownership after a $200,000 deal. Rowan Development LLC, led by Jasen and Jacob Chi, purchased the property at 14617 Kanis Road.
The seller is J Rosell Investments Inc., led by Rosemarie Rosell. The land is helping secure an $850,000 loan from Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Jacksonville.
The property was bought for $25,000 in March 1995 from James and Lola Peck.
Valley Falls Manor
A 14,900-SF mansion in west Little Rock’s Valley Falls Estates neighborhood rang up a $1.85 million sale.
James and Amanda Smith acquired the house from NCC Financial Arkansas LLC of Houston, Texas. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $1.48 million from First Financial Bank of El Dorado.
La Marche Drive Investment LLC, led by Jeremy Carroll, forfeited the property to NCC Financial in lieu of foreclosure on a January 2012 mortgage of $4.4 million.
That debt also was secured by an adjoining undeveloped 28 acres sold by NCC Financial in January 2014 for $700,000. The buyer was Bullwinkle LLC, led by Kris Upton.
La Marche purchased the house and land more than three years ago from Rick and Deanna Ferguson for a purported $5.1 million.
Woodland’s Home
A 4,360-SF home in the Woodland’s Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock changed hands in a $597,500 deal.
David and Thea Phifer bought the house from Hometime Builders Inc., led by Jim Hastings. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $544,450 from Wells Fargo Bank of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
The residence previously was tied to a June 2014 mortgage of $456,000 held by BancorpSouth Bank.
Hometime acquired the location for $75,000 17 months ago from Rocket Properties LLC, led by Ron Tyne and Lisenne Rockefeller.
Margeaux Abode
A 4,583-SF home in the Margeaux Place neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development sold for $539,900.
Michael and Rachel Schneider purchased the house from Dean and Brenda Smith. The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $417,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.
The residence previously was linked with a November 2004 mortgage of $490,000 held by One Bank & Trust of Little Rock.
The location was bought for $64,000 in April 2003 from Bob and Lori Evans.
Foxcroft House
A 4,165-SF home in Little Rock’s Foxcroft neighborhood drew a $537,000 transaction. Michael and Lindsay Osleber acquired the house from the Harding Family Revocable Trust, led by Thomas and Candy Harding.
The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $417,000 from Centennial Bank of Conway. The residence previously was tied to an August 2005 mortgage of $255,000 held by Little Rock’s Bank of the Ozarks.
The Hardings purchased the property for $197,000 in July 1986 from David and Diane Siebert.
Midland Residence
A 3,500-SF home in Little Rock’s Midland Hills neighborhood is under new ownership after a $520,000 sale.
William and Margaret Cunningham bought the house from Anthony and Kathleen Cazzalo. The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $468,000 from Bank of Little Rock.
The residence previously was linked with a July 2011 mortgage of $240,000 held by Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.
The property was acquired for $500,000 more than four years ago from Scott and Dana Daniel.

The property was purchased in July 2002 as part of a $1.3 million deal.
The seller was Real Practices Inc., led by Jim Knight.
The office project is serving as additional collateral on a June 2011 mortgage of $4.5 million held by First Security.
The prime collateral is the 73-room Markham House Suites at 5120 W. Markham St. in Little Rock.
S&B Corp. LLC, led by Adkins, purchased the 1.5-acre property for $930,000 in May 2002 from Beal Bank of Dallas.
