Jillian Hicks Takes On Multiple Roles at Noble Strategies (Movers & Shakers)

Jillian Hicks has joined Noble Strategies of Little Rock as a health policy adviser, legislative analyst and legal counsel.

Hicks was most recently a health policy adviser for the Arkansas Department of Health. Prior to that, she held positions in Gov. Mike Beebe’s office and worked at Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods.
