Colorado Group Buys 4 Little Rock Apartment Complexes for $49.7M

You may have known that an investment group led by Monarch Investments of Franktown, Colorado, acquired four west Little Rock apartment projects.

Here are some more details about the individual deals:

• Fairfield Apartments at 1912 Green Mountain Drive, $19 million for 337 units;
• The Berkley at 1601 N. Shackleford Road, $12.7 million for 252 units;
• Pleasant Pointe at 1602 Green Mountain Drive, $9 million for 239 units; and
• Valley Crossing at 1502 Green Mountain Drive, $9 million for 211 units.

You also might recall the seller was from an investment group led by Resource Real Estate of Philadelphia.
