Three Little Rock area La Quinta Inns were bought and sold in a series of multimillion-dollar deals.
LQ Properties LLC of New York sold two west Little Rock projects at 200 S. Shackleford Road and 1010 Breckenridge Drive and the 4100 E. McCain Blvd. project in North Little Rock for nearly $7.5 million.
Ownership shifted from the buyer, Supreme Bright Portfolio II LLC of Lewisville, Texas, to Prominent Hotels LLC of Irving, Texas, in a transaction of equal value.
In turn, the 121-room North Little Rock project, 106-room Shackleford project and the 96-room Breckenridge project were sold for a combined $9 million to separate limited liability companies controlled by Jay Patel of Denton, Texas.
What about Khalil’s Pub & Grill at 110 S. Shackleford Road? The 7,383-SF eatery-watering hole was sold by LQ Properties as part of the deal and passed through to Prominent Hotels, which retained ownership.
