$13M ATA Headquarters Marks Construction Milestone

1 min read

ATA International on Wednesday celebrated a topping off ceremony for its new, $13 million global headquarters at 1800 Riverfront Drive in Little Rock.

Construction crews placed the final beam on the 45,300-SF building, set to be complete in August. The ATA broke ground on the site in June 2015.

ATA CEO Ed Wright said he could not be more grateful to the state of Arkansas, the city of Little Rock and everyone working on this project for their commitment to ATA International.

“We are thrilled about this new stage of the World Headquarters being completed. Everyone involved has been instrumental in this process and we are extremely proud to continue to call Little Rock home of ATA International,” Wright said.

The annual ATA World Expo brings about 20,000 visitors to Little Rock each year, making about a $6 million impact on the local economy.

ATA purchased the 3.2-acre site in December 2013 for about $1.85 million. Nabholz Construction is building the new headquarters, designed by Wittenberg Delony & Davidson Architects.
