Janet Harris
Janet Harris began work last week as director of program for the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute on Petit Jean Mountain near Morrilton. Harris was previously director of operations for the Information Network of Arkansas, and before that was deputy secretary of state and a deputy state auditor.
