USDA Adds Zachary Taylor to Conservation Service (Movers & Shakers)

Zachary Taylor has been named agricultural economist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service in Little Rock. He most recently served as director of marketing for the Arkansas Agriculture Department.


Carson Horn, director of communications for the Arkansas Cattlemen’s Association and managing editor of its Arkansas Cattle Business magazine, was named Communicator of the Year by the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.


Wayne Taylor has been hired as outdoor education program director by Lyon College at Batesville. Taylor was previously an adjunct instructor and assistant director of CORE Outdoors at Valdosta State University in Georgia.
