1 min read

J. Kelly Robbins has been named the executive vice president of the Arkansas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, based in Little Rock.

He has experience in trade association management and chamber of commerce leadership and knowledge gained through service on congressional staffs, AGC Arkansas said in a press release. “Kelly brings the right balance of advocacy and leadership skills to take AGC Arkansas to the next level,” said AGC Arkansas board President William Fletcher, EVP and COO of Kinco Constructors of Little Rock. “We look forward to the impact his experience will have on the construction industry as we continue our momentum as the go-to voice for commercial construction with the state legislature.”

AGC Arkansas, founded in 1934, is the oldest and largest association of general contractors in the state.

Robbins most recently served as the executive vice president of the Arkansas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association, which represents Arkansas’ oil and natural gas production sector. He’s a member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Arkansas Society of Professional Lobbyists and the Arkansas Officials Association.
